Partnership opportunities

There’s an opportunity to get involved with Mizan, not just as a student, but in other ways too.

We’re looking to engage with a mix of journalists, anthropologists, publishers, designers, mystics, writers, poets, technologists, librarians, photographers, archivists, social scientists, academics, educators and visual artists to help to convey our vision. So these are some of the ways you can get involved.

If you’re a practising journalist, writer or editor, a teacher of journalism, or a publisher – whether it is print, broadcast or digital - you can get involved with Mizan in a variety of ways.

First, you can always become an instructor. That means you can either put together a course or even take one; impart your expertise through a video interview …or even come up with another idea that suits you.

Second: You can become a mentor, helping students with their career development and providing one to one tuition.

Third: If you’re a publisher you could provide a chance for potential Arab journalists to have their work published, work in your newsroom via our internships or even provide a schololarship. Just let us know.

Fourth: if you have other skills, such as psychology, sociology, anthropology, photography, documentary making, graphic design or art, you can also get involved in Mizan.

Fifth: fund a scholarship (see separate section)

Put your expertise to good use: get involved now.
